Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty of Items

All our goods are checked for defects before sending out. All goods will be 90% similar to the pictures. Amber of Autumn does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this blogshop is error-free, or complete.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-Order items will take approximately 20-30 working days to arrive after payment has been made.

Items may stop production midway through the order, hence no guarantee of getting the items.

3. Prices

All our prices are nett and does not include delivery charge.

4. Delivery of parcels

Items will be sent through SingPost, Customers may choose to have their parcels sent through
i) registered mail (compulsory for first time customer) or
ii) normal mail or
iii) meet-ups

There will be an extra charge of $2.25 for registered mail and article number will be sent via email to customer after items have been sent.

Amber of Autumn shall not be held responsible for any loss of parcel sent. Thus, customers are strongly encouraged to choose registered mail.

Meet-ups are available at the following locations, day and timing will be confirmed after order arrives.
i) Temasek Polytechnic (Weekdays in the afternoon) - $1.00
ii) SengKang MRT - $1.50
iii) Hougang MRT - $1.50
iv) Dhoby Ghaut (Weekends) - $2.00
v) Ang Mo Kio Hub (Weekdays in the afternoon) - $1.50
Customers are to notify us 1 day before meet-ups if there is any change of timing.

5. Confirmation of Order

A sales invoice will be sent through email within 24 hours to the customer upon confirmation of order. Payments are to be made within the time give, usually 3 days.

6. Payment Methods

We accept local bank transfers (DBS/POSB/UOB) and PayPal payments.

Via Bank/Internet/ATM TransferCustomers can make payments to either of the following accounts:
POSB Savings: 193-11297-8
UOB Savings: 366-384-836-2
* Please notify us by sending us an email or SMS after your transfer, stating your Order ID, transaction ID and amount transferred.

Via PaypalAll orders paid using Paypal are to use SG Dollars, and a transaction fee of SGD3.50 applies. Our paypal account ID will be given after confirmation of orders.

7. Cancellation of Orders, Exchange and Refunds

Full amount of item(s) will be refunded if good(s) is(are) unavailable. No cancellation, exchange or refund is allowed once the order is confirmed, submitted or paid by the customer.

Exchange only applies if customer has received different item ordered or damaged goods. Customer must then contact us by email within 1 week from the date it is being delivered out.

8. Wholesale

We accept wholesale orders. If you are interested to sell our items, email us with the following information:
i) Your name
ii) Contact number (HP)
iii) Shop name
iv) Webpage
v) Items of interest

9. Feedback

We welcome feedbacks and suggestions to improve ourselves and we will do our best to come up with solutions to the problem.
